Halloween is just around the corner!

Time to get those costumes prepped :)

In true Pixi fashion, I like to keep things simple for Halloween. One or two key products can transform you instantly!

For an aquatic look, dab Concealing Concentrate onto skin, lay a piece of fishnet stocking on top, and dust shades from Mesmerizing Mineral Palette in Aquamarine Dream over it. Remove the stocking, and you are left with the perfect mermaid “scales”!

To get an otherworldly luminescence (fairy or princess Halloween costume, anyone? :) ), get highlighting! After you’ve applied your foundation & concealer, blend a few drops of Flawless Beauty Primer on the high points of the face. Set with a glimmery shade from Mesmerizing Mineral Palette in Opal Glow. So delicate & pretty!

Going for a retro look? Start with Cat Eye Ink, using the chiseled tip from middle of upper lash line to outer corner, easily creating the perfect “flick” – stop there and you have become a classic Hollywood starlet!

For a true feline effect, switch to Lash Line Ink and finish the line you created above, bringing the precision tip all the way to the inner corner, then extending a bit more toward the nose. Also, trace the outer corner of the lower lash line to further enhance the cat-like look!

If you have kids at home, Lash Line Ink & Cat Eye Ink are great tools for their costumes as well! Just make sure that you have a waterproof makeup remover handy for quick removal.

(For those little ones under 5 years old, I would highly recommend sticking with the cute outfits & avoiding any face painting :) )

Want a fun Halloween look that will last all week? Try our Nail Colours in Almond Glow, Oh So Orange, and Matte Black for a pumpkin mani-pedi.

Last but not least, watch our Crayon Combo in Super Smoky being used by superstar Desi Perkins in her Halloween tutorial – I love seeing our products create true artwork like this!:
