2016 Oscars Makeup: Get the Look!

There were some beautiful makeup looks at the Oscars this past weekend – below I have picked out my 3 favourites & the best Pixi perfectors to help you recreate them!

Priyanka Chopra (makeup by Stephanie Brooke Barnes) stunned in warm rose lips & perfectly arched brows.

Fill in brows with Endless Silky Brow Gel Pen in Deep, focusing on the arch. Comb up & out with a spoolie brush for an all-day groomed effect.

Trace lip line with Lip Contour Liner in Bare Buff, then fill in entire lip to prime & perfect.

Apply Mattelustre Lipstick in Bitten Rose – this rosy shade on top of the tawny liner gives the perfect terracotta look. Gently blot with fingertip or tissue for a velvet-matte finish.

Margot Robbie (makeup by Tyron Machhausen) looked sunkissed & summery with luminous skin, tinted lashes, and nude lips.

Sweep the peach shade in Beauty Blush Duo + Kabuki in Peach Honey onto apples of cheeks. Highlight the high points of the face with the gold shade in the duo.

Apply 1-2 coats of Black Lacquer Lash Primer to lashes – this will give a beautifully subtle, defined look.

Give lips a honey-nude lustre with Tinted Brilliance Balm in Nearly Naked.

Olivia Munn (makeup by Patrick Ta) dazzled with velvety skin, bronze-accented eyes, and peachy lips & cheeks.

Apply H2O Skintint to complexion, pressing onto the skin for seamless, satiny coverage.

Smudge Endless Silky Eye Pen in BronzeBeam underneath eyes, blending edges well for a soft hint of colour.

Smooth Mattelustre Lipstick in Peach Blossom onto lips – this shade gives a wearable, everyday take on this bright look. Add a gloss if more sheen is desired (try LipLift Max). Dot the same lipstick onto apples of the cheeks and blend with fingers for a coordinated glow.
